We all made it home safely. Shari & I are back to work.
We were all sitting down and talking about our experience in Coz. We all feel very fortunate that we chose to stay at Vista Del Mar. If we had chosen to stay somewhere else, we may have ended up staying in a less desireable place. We all, also, agreed how lucky we were to be in the hands of those that make Vista Del Mar, and Hacienda San Maguel the special hotels they are. You made us feel like family.

Hurricane Emily, overall, was gentle on the island of Coz, and on those that were there, when she came through. Yes, there was major damage, and many misfortunes, but most importantly, there were no deaths. Material things can be replaced, but humans can't.
I/we applaud the government (President Gustavo), and the radio/tv stations for doing such a good job at preparing everyone for the Hurricane. After all, if the people of the island aren't protected then there is no Cozumel.

Once again, I/we want to thank all of you for taking such good care of us. For this we are truly grateful. This is what keeps us coming back. Please, don't ever forget, you all do make a difference - You all are Cozumel. We also, thank God for taking care of you and your island. We hope and pray he continues to bless each and everyone of you and your families, just like he continues to bless us.

I HAVE TO SAY I AGREE WITH EVERYTHING EVERYONE HAS SAID... WE WERE LEAVING COZUMEL AND SOMETHING HAPPENED TO OUR RESERVATIONS, SINCE WE MISSED OUR FLIGHT COMING IN AND WE HAD TO TAKE ANOTHER FLIGHT OUR RETURN RESERVATIONS WERE CANCELED, WE WERE BUMMED EVEN THOUGH WE WERE STUCK IN PARADISE, THE EMPLOYEE AT THE AIRPORT RECOMMENDED VISTA DEL MAR, AND IT WAS INCREDIBLE, I LOVE IT, WE WON'T BE DOING THE ALL INCLUSIVE RESORTS ANYMORE, WE WILL STAY WITH VISTA DEL MAR AND RECOMEND IT TO EVERYONE.

We had such a great time. Your hotel was fabulous. We had the car for two days and it was great. We drove around the island and to some of the ruins. We had a really nice time.We will definitely stay with you, if we ever get back to Cozumel :o)Thank you for all of your wonderful help and your staff (they were great).Sincerely,Karena

Hi! How are you all??? This is my first day back to work so I'm having a hard time getting back into it again!

Just wanted to tell you all what a wonderful time we had there for 2 1/2 weeks!!! Every time we leave the island it gets harder and harder to leave. We seems to make more friends each visit and the friends we already have we get to know so much better. I miss everyone so much and I miss seeing the ocean every morning when I wake up. I miss seeing you smiling faces in the morning.
Thanks for everything you did for us while we were there and all the extra things you did---the beautiful flowers, extra water, and stocking our refrigerator... That was really nice. Thanks to all the maids for keeping our rooms spotless! You all do a wonderful job.
Thanks to your Dad too Gisela, it was a pleasure to meet him and it was always nice whe! n we came in at night to be greeted by him with his buddy the cat (I don\'t know the name).

I want to come back!!! But...we all have to work right...so...it\'s back to work for all of us. Sara is back working as a server at a restaurant and Jeff has been back to work for about a week now.

I'm going to have to find a house in Cozumel I guess so we can move there because I have lots of FAMILY there, right!!!

I wanted to tell you that my family, the Cornelisons and Bonners enjoyed our time we spent in your hotel over Christmas. I would like to take the time to let you know what a lovely visit we had in Cozumel, we stayed at Vista Del Mar for a month and enjoyed it very much. Our stay there was made even more pleasant because of your employees, Gisela Canto, Woody Osorio, Coral Espadas, Alejandro Novelo, Mary Ceh and Sara Perez. They were all very pleasant and helpful and a pleasure to be around. I would like to especially thank Gisela, she saw to our every need and saw to it that our room was comfortable. We hope to visit again next year and will plan on seeing you again.

Dear Gisela, Woody, Maria and staff!We arrived home today(SAT.) around 1300hrs. and it was good to get home but I really miss the oceas, white sands and nice weather that we had in Cozumel. But something that I miss more then that is the wonderful time that we all had visiting your wonderful hotel. Everyone was soooooooooo gracious, always there if we needed something and we could always count on a warm smile to greet us! I could go on and on but I hope you have gotten the idea that we had a most memorable time. Thank you one and all for making your stay most memorable! We will be back in the future!!!
